Returns and Refunds
Faulty products or incorrect items received can be returned under the terms of our returns policy. Please be sure to read all the Terms and Conditions prior to sending your item. We will refund postage based on standard delivery for faulty item only. Unwanted items or orders placed in error cannot be returned to us for a credit. All faulty goods within the warranty period must have original copy of invoice, otherwise we will not replace or refund.
For faulty goods
Return must be within 7 days after the goods are received and we will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund.We test every item returned to us, once received it will be inspected and tested by our test centre. A replacement will be authorised should a fault be found. In the event of a replacement not being available an alternative product will be offered or a credit note issued, in certain circumstances a full refund will be offered. If our test centre can find no fault, the item will be returned to you and we will need to charge for the postage.
For damaged goods
If any item arrives damaged please contact our customer service team within 2 days after the goods is received for a Returns Authorisation. Items not claimed as damaged after this period will not be authorised for replacement.
For non faulty goods
If the goods delivers are not what you ordered or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, KIWI Fashion shall arrange to provide you with the right product.
All goods returned will be inspected for damage and authenticity upon receipt, if KIWI Fashion discovers any defects KIWI Fashion reserves the right to refuse to refund or replace and return the item(s) to you at your costs.
