What shipping methods are available?
KIWI Fashion offers 2 kinds of shipping methods: Standard shipping and Express Shipping. All our items are shipped from our Global Suppliers which usually takes about 10 to 30 business days. For Express Shipping, we ship by DHL, UPS, EMS, FedEx and City-Link Express service which takes about 3 to 7 business days. According to your order destination, we will choose the most suitable shipping method to ship your order.
Once the shipping is dispatch from the origin, it will be handed over to the local postal services for deliver.
Will I receive the tracking number for my order?
Orders will be shipped out every day, from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days in usual, but it will take 4-5 days to arrange the shipment if some items of your order are out of stock. An email confirmation with tracking number will be sent to you after your order is shipped out and you can track your order status with it online.

How long will my delivery take?
The delivery time depends on the shipping method, the following are the estimate delivery time for your reference:
For Standard Shipping:
Shipped FREE by Standard Post: 10-40 business days with tracking number (at times t may take longer depending upon the location)
Shipped by Special Lines: 5-10 business days (For few countries) - Please ask us for the shipping charges.
For Express Shipping: Charges applies
Shipped by FedEx: 3-5 Business days
Shipped by DHL: 5-7 Business days
Shipped by EMS: 7-9 Business days
What happens if my order can't be delivered successfully?
If the orders can’t be delivered to the customers successfully, it will be returned to us. Reasons for the undeliverable shipments include incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts by the courier (i.e., the recipient is unavailable), or unclaimed shipments.
In the above case, we will notify customers via email to arrange for reshipment after the undeliverable shipment returned to us. All reshipment fees are the same as our regular shipping fee, though your original orders accord with the free shipping.
We ship to the following countries regulary : USA, UK, India, Russia, Dubai, Mexico, Australia, Japan, Germany, SPain, Ireland, Spain and the rest of EU.
If incase you do not receive the goods you have purchased or it has been lost in transit , KIWI Fashion takes the full responsibility to provide you with full 100% refund, which means that you loose nothing.
